This is top shelf specimen of very high grade herringbone and arborescent pattern Silver in Calcite. The bright white Silver herringbones and arborescent patterns are coated in the shiny grey Cobalt arsenide. The is a saw cut piece featuring two cut faces. Native Silver extends into the Diabase rock and on one cut face can seen extended down in a lightning bolt pattern. Specimens of this quality are uncommon. This piece is a hefty 518 grams or 18 ounces. Dimensions 15x9x2cm. From the Castle Mine Haultain Township, Gowganda area Ontario Canada.
