Rich Silver in Calcite, Siscoe Mine, Nicol Township, Gowganda, Ontario 15cm CO178
A vein section of rich Silver in mottled grey coarsely grained Calcite. There are some larger angular patches of Silver along with many smaller veinlets of Silver. Also in the Calcite their are smaller dendritic patches and rosettes of Cobalt arsenide minerals, Safflorite or Skutterudite most likely. Some of the dendrites have Silver cores. This an end saw cut vein piece. The other side being uncut but exposing nice areas of bright white Silver. From the Siscoe Mine (Miller Lake-O’Brien) Nicol Township Gowganda area Ontario Canada .
Dimensions are 15x6(max width) x2 (max thickness) cm 250 grams.
