White (Some with golden tips) dog tooth or scalenohedral Calcite crystals on a limestone matrix The crystals have good luster. The largest crystal is 1.5cm long and has nice transparent golden tip. The Calcite glows a very bright orange-red under longwave UV light. The matrix is also dotted with some tiny blobs of micro (less than 1mm) bitumen. Overall good condition with some contact at the periphery. A good example for fluorescent mineral collectors from the McGregor Quarry, Anderdon Township, Essex County, Ontario, Canada.
