Fluorapatite crystal from the rare locality the Drury Occurrence Haliburton County Ontario 7cm GN35
A large glassy brown singly terminated Fluorapatite crystal. The incomplete termination has a glassy bubbly melted appearance common to Fluorapatites of the Grenville province. I collected this specimen circa 1982. There was small collecting area on the farm of Harold Drury. The site has been not open for collecting for many years. A great addition for any Canadian locality collector as these specimens very rarely appear for sale. In good condition. From the Drury occurrence (Deer Lake apatite occurrence), Cardiff Township, Highlands East Township , Haliburton County ,Ontario, Canada. Dimensions 7x4.5x4.5cm 233 grams.
