Very showy thick (3cm) end cut vein section of Dolomite with plenty of bright white lightening pattern Silver.The are also some dendrites grey of Cobalt minerals (most likely Skutterudite and Safflorite) cored with Silver. The pinkish-purple patches on the opposite side are the weathering of the Cobalt minerals into the mineral Erythrite. This end cut could be sawn again to make another slab. A very nice high grade example from the Hargrave Mine Coleman Township, Timiskaming District near Cobalt, Ontario Dimensions 9x6.x3cm. 143 grams.
