Water clear Gypsum Var. Selenite crystals sit in a Dolostone matrix. There are voids filled with water clear Selenite through the matrix. Underneath the Selenite Dolomite crystals are visible giving a window effect. Scattered about the matrix pearly white Dolomite crystals provide a nice contrast. Very good condition overall and sits up nicely for display. From the Spring Creek Quarry, Clinton Township, Ontario Canada. Dimensions of this triangular shaped specimen are 8x7x4.5cm 152 grams.
