High Grade Silver in Nickel & Cobalt mineralization Seneca Superior Mine 11cm CO134
Very rich bright white Silver rosettes core metallic grey Rammelsbergite, bronze Nickeline and Cobalt arsenide with small patches of Dolomite. This is cut sawn vein section. Plenty of silver in this one. The green patches on the exterior or rind are the weathering of the Rammelsbergite-Nickeline into the mineral Annabergite. The pink patches are the weathering of the Cobalt minerals into the mineral Erythrite. From a hard-to-find locality the Seneca Superior Mine Shaft 1 Coleman Township, Timiskaming District near Cobalt, Ontario. Dimensions are 11x6x.7cm Weighs a hefty 224 grams due to the metal content.
