High Grade Silver in Cobalt mineralization Gould Mine Coleman Township near Cobalt Ontario 10.5cm CO131
Rich bright white Silver dendrites core metallic grey Cobalt arsenide set in a small amount of Dolomite. Some of the Silver also streaks through in shower like pattern. This is vein section cut in the middle. The pink patches on the uncut face are the weathering of the Cobalt minerals into the mineral Erythrite. A high grade example from the Gould Mine, Coleman Township, Timiskaming District near Cobalt, Ontario. Specimens from this locality rarely turn up on the market so a must for locality collectors Dimensions are 10.5x8x1.5cm. Weighs a hefty 394 grams as it is almost all metal.
