Dark cinnamon brown Andradite garnets rest on a bed of pale green Epidote. The garnets have good sharp edges and range in size up to .75cm. A few small areas of Clinochlore are also on the matrix. From Marki Khel, Spin Ghar range, Sherzad District, Nangarhar, Afghanistan. Very few specimens are now available on the market from this locality. Dimensions 5x3x2cm 28 grams.
