Purple Fluorite & Arsenopyrite on Muscovite Yaogangxian Mine Hunan China 9cm CH62
Lustrous purple Fluorite cubes and triangular shaped Arsenopyrite crystals rest on a bed on Muscovite mica. The Fluorite grouping is 4cm wide with largest cube being 1.75cm on edge. Beside the Fluorite is a cluster of Arsenopyrite crystals 2.5cm wide with the largest being 1.25 tall. The golden crystals have excellent luster and feature striated faces. The Fluorite very strong electric blue fluorescence under long wave UV. Overall condition is good with some of the Fluorites contacted at the periphery. These surfaces appeared to be healed. From the Yaogangxian Mine Yaogangxian W-Sn ore field, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou, Hunan, China. Dimensions 9x6x4 cm 268 grams.
