Purple Phantom Fluorite & Ferberite Yaogangxian Mine, Chenzhou, Hunan China 2.5cm CH56
An interlocking group of translucent purple phantom Fluorite cubes. The largest cube is 2cm on edge. The Fluorite features excellent translucency and luster. In centre of the main cube a dark purple phantom which really makes the specimen pop. At least 4 phantom zones are visible. Associated with Fluorite on the back side is some Ferberite. The Fluorite has strong blue fluorescence under long wave UV. The overall condition of the specimen is very good with clean sharp edges. One side a cube has a chipped edge. A very nice specimen from the Yaogangxian Mine, Yaogangxian W-Sn ore field, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou, Hunan, China. Dimensions 2.5x2.5x2 cm 17.8 grams.
