A striking interlocking grouping of translucent purple- blue coloured Fluorite cubes. The largest cube is 2cm on edge. The Fluorite features excellent translucency and luster. Towards the outer edge of the cubes a darker purple rim helps to highlight the grouping. The Fluorite has strong fluorescence under long wave UV light. The overall condition of the specimen is very good. On back side is an attachment point. A contacted area is present on the back side but is not visible from the display side. From the Yaogangxian Mine, Yaogangxian W-Sn ore field, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou, Hunan, China. Dimensions 5.5x3.25x3 cm 74.1 grams.
