Highly lustrous transparent Fluorite cubes with Quartz crystals. The cubes of Fluorite have purple edges and swirls in their cores. The colour of the cubes depending on light angle can range from an Indigo blue tone to purple. The interlocking crystals of Fluorite range up to 1.75cm. Slender milky white Quartz crystals provide an excellent contrast. The largest singly terminated Quartz being 5.5cm in length. The Fluorite has strong bright blue fluorescence under long wave UV light. .A beautiful example in excellent condition from the Yaogangxian Mine, Yaogangxian W-Sn ore field, Yizhang Co., Chenzhou, Hunan, China.
