This is a top shelf specimen of very high grade herringbone and arborescent pattern Silver in Calcite. The bright white Silver herringbones and arborescent patterns are coated in the shiny grey Cobalt mineral Safflorite. The is a saw cut piece featuring two cut faces. Specimens of this quality are uncommon. This piece is a hefty 318 grams or 11.2 ounces. Dimensions 12x6.5x1cm. From the Siscoe Mine (Miller Lake O'Brien Mine) Nicol Township, Gowganda area Ontario Canada. This mine produced over 36 million oz. of Silver.
