Numerous large tabular crystals of the rare Amphibole Fluoro-Richterite are richly set in the calcite matrix on this dramatic large specimen from this well-known roadcut locality. Many of the crystals are sharply terminated, including the largest doubly terminated, 5cm in length 2 cm wide. A large 6 x1cm elongated prism sits on the other side . Some the crystals have contacts and or are cleaved. As an added bonus the pink calcite has strong LW UV fluorescence. From the the Essonville road cut Wilberforce Ontario.
