Red brown Andradite-Grossular Garnet crystals on an Epidote rich matrix. The garnets at Marmora are typically zoned between andradite and grossular. (both species present). The Garnets range in size up to 1cm. Sadly this locality is no longer open to collecting. From the Marmoraton Iron Mine, Marmora Ontario Canada. Overall dimensions 7x5x5cm 98.6 grams.
