Beryl var. Goshenite on Albite Feldspar crystal with Muscovite Mica. Goshenite is a clear to colourless more rare variety of the mineral Beryl. The 2.5cm long 1.5cm wide Beryl crystal has a nice clear top. The porcelain white Albite has very good luster. The name Goshenite is derived from where it was originally described in Goshen Massachusetts. A very aesthetic specimen in excellent condition from the Shigar Valley Shigar District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.
